All products are carefully delivered using one of a number of well known and respected carriers.
Overseas deliveries e.g. Ireland will incur carriage charges which are shown in the shopping cart page.
Most of our products will require a signature for proof of delivery.
Please make sure someone is at the delivery address when the items are due, otherwise the item(s) will be taken back to the carriers depot.
Unfortunately we cannot determine a delivery time. It could be any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm (weekdays only excluding Bank Holidays).
The estimated time from ordering to delivery is shown under the header ‘Delivery Information’ on the product page of the particular item on our website.
Rarely an item may be out of stock and delivery times could be longer. We will inform you by email if this is the case.
Special Note On Pleaser USA Shoes
Wherever possible, we always despatch your order as quickly as possible. We keep around 500 pairs of Pleaser Shoes in stock in our UK warehouse. If your chosen shoes are in stock in the UK we will have them dispatched that same day, if ordered before 12 noon.
Because of the vast range of shoes and boots made by Pleaser Shoes USA we cannot keep their entire range of shoes and sizes in our UK warehouse. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, all our items are despatched within 2 to 5 working days.
If you would like to know if we have your size in UK stock and/or need an item in a specific time frame then please contact us prior to ordering and we will do everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
